TEMP Maintenance Technician - Emerald Hills

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience Job description:

Summary of Position:

Provide quality maintenance support for the residents as directed by the Property Manager and Property Superintendent. Assist in providing for smooth daily operation of the property with regard to maintenance and the overall appearance of the building's grounds.

Essential Functions:

General day-to-day maintenance Apartment turnover Painting, plumbing, basic carpentry Grounds upkeep Cleaning of common areas, hallways, office, etc. The above is intended to describe the essential functions, the general supplemental functions and the essential requirements for the performance of the job. Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Schedule:
