August 8th, 2026 Are you a highly skilled and motivated Tire Technician with a passion for automotive repair? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? If so, we have an immediate opening for a Tire Technician at United Quality Cooperative! At United Quality Cooperative, we are a locally owned cooperative that is a leader in providing dependable service to our customers in the automotive industry. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in performing tire repair work and light maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including sedans, pickups, trucks, trailers, and tractors.Position Requirements:
Ability to diagnose mechanical and tire problems, perform repair work and maintenance for sedans, pickups, trucks, trailers, and tractors. Ability to safely operate a tire truck in the field. Knowledge of tire types, sizes, and tread patterns. Ability to use various tire service equipment and tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy tires. Time management and organizational skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for inventory management. Track inventory levels and report shortages to management. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards. Performs other related duties as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or GED 2+ years working in the tire repair and automative service profession. Completion of tire technician training program or certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical and Environmental Requirements Capacity to lift 50+ pounds. Requires moderate to extreme physical exertion including standing, heavy lifting, bending, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. Competence to work in all weather conditions. Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, airborne particles. Noise levels can be loud due to tools and machinery.Location:
