Job Description

We are looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships in New York. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective clients, and recommending customized waste and recycling services that align with operational needs. The ideal candidate is energized by outreach, takes full ownership of sales performance, and works effectively across teams to deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through targeted outreach, phone-based prospecting, and face-to-face meetings within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel by consistently qualifying leads, advancing opportunities, and tracking progress toward goals.
  • Visit customer sites to assess service needs and prepare recommendations for waste and recycling programs suited to each account.
  • Lead pricing discussions and service negotiations to secure new agreements and support long-term business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and customer support teams to help ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Keep account details, sales activity, and opportunity updates organized and current in Salesforce.
  • Manage the territory independently by prioritizing daily activity, scheduling meetings, and following through on commitments.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to encourage trust, retention, and future expansion opportunities.
