Previous sewing machine experience required Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and quality control Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Comfortable following detailed manufacturing instructions and procedures

Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to fabricate lamb's wool pelts and other materials Manufacture medical device sub-assemblies and finished products according to documented procedures Maintain accurate FDA and ISO regulated production records, tracer sheets, and manufacturing documentation Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle sharp tools and instruments including scissors, scalpels, and paper cutters safely Report non-conforming materials, low inventory levels, or process concerns to supervisors Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality production output Follow all manufacturing procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies Perform both seated and standing production tasks throughout the shift More Than Just a Paycheck.
