Overview Join the vibrant team at The Orange Tree in Downtown Riverside, where your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and staff. We are looking for Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, FOH Managers, BOH Managers, Line Cooks, an Executive Chef, Dishwashers and Bussers. This will be Riverside's first robotic assisted restaurant. We will have 3 different robots: one to assist the host by taking the guest to the tables, the second one will assist the servers by bringing the food from the kitchen to the tables and the third to assist the bussers to clear the tables. This has shown to turn the tables at a much faster pace and ultimately more money in your pocket. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage the front desk with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately Maintain an organized reception area, including filing, data entry, and managing supplies Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing emails, and supporting administrative tasks Use computer skills to update records, manage Google Workspace applications, and ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Proficiency in POS systems and tablets. Excellent personal etiquette with experience handling multiple guests at a time. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse community members effectively Join us at The Orange Tree in Downtown Riverside on May 20, 21 and 22 from 10AM to 3PM at 3744 Main Street for live interviews.
