Job Description

Overview Join our equine only veterinary clinic as a Administrative - Receptionist - Inventory Management and be the welcoming face our internal and external clients! This dynamic role combines excellent customer service with essential administrative duties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll play a vital part in supporting our veterinary team and fostering a caring environment for animals and their families. This position requires a "Jack of all Trades" type person. Your enthusiasm, organization, and animal-loving spirit will shine here! Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's daily reception flow with enthusiasm and professionalism Maintain detailed client records, update patient information, and ensure confidentiality at all times Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks such as filing, lab result processing, administrative duties, bookkeeping, and inventory management assistance Coordinate communication between horse owners and veterinary team members to facilitate smooth care delivery Check clients out and collect payments for appointments. Requirements Two-years experience as a Receptionist required Excellent command of MS Office Products (minimum 1 year) Quick Books online experience (minimum 1 year) Pleasant demeanor and ability to project kindness at all times Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required - especially MS Word and MS Excel Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external partners Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to engage clients while answering all incoming calls Self-reliant, resourceful, and efficient Eager to learn and take responsibility for self-improvement Versatile, adaptable, and love a challenge MUST have been at current/most recent job for 3 years or more Pay range commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
