The Occupational Therapist (OT) will: Planand implementprescribed OT treatment programs for persons receiving services to maintain and/or restore function secondary to acute or chronic disability Conductannual screens Make assessments Performdaily documentation Handle other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school NYS Occupational Therapist (OT)license Knowledge in the use of mobility devices and therapeutic exercises Microsoft Office proficient Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized

Desired Skills:

Experience with wheelchair assessment Experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
