Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, oil changes, and automotive repair. As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of vehicles by performing routine maintenance and inspections. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about the automotive industry and looking to grow their skills in a dealership environment. Duties Perform oil changes and fluid checks to ensure vehicles are running smoothly. Utilize hand tools and equipment to conduct routine maintenance tasks. Conduct tire services, including rotations and alignments, as needed. Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Qualifications Proven experience as a Lube Technician or similar role in automotive repair. Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools. Experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics is a plus. Ability to perform tire services, including alignments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in sales when necessary.
