Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair will help deliver a positive experience for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Perform tire rotations, replacements, repairs, and balancing with precision and care Conduct oil changes using appropriate fluids and filters, ensuring proper procedures are followed Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and safety Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues related to tires, brakes, suspension, and other essential systems Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks efficiently Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards Qualifications Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, and alignments Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service tasks Excellent attitude Basic understanding of automotive service standards and safety protocols Prior service technician experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join our team as a Tire and Lube Technician where your skills will drive success!
