$18-$20/hour (depending on experience) About the Role We're hiring Tire Truck Specialists! This position involves traveling to farms, fields and job sites to provide on-site tire services. If you enjoy hands-on work, being out in the field and delivering great customer service, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Travel to farms, fields and remote locations to perform tire services and roadside assistance Install, inspect and repair tires on trucks, agricultural equipment and commercial vehicles Conduct tire inspections and recommend solutions for safety and performance Maintain a clean, organized and professional service truck Complete work orders accurately and on time Manage tire inventory, supplies and equipment Perform routine maintenance and inspections on service truck and equipment Assist in the tire shop as needed Provide excellent customer service including evenings, weekends and on-call support What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing work environments Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems) Willingness to attend training and grow within the role Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License required (CDL is a plus) Ability to obtain forklift certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Comfortable working in all weather conditions and outdoor environments Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel and work in physically demanding conditions Ability to work around moving parts, fumes and equipment Schedule Expectations Must be reliable with strong attendance Availability for evenings, weekends and on-call work as needed Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays 401(k) with Employee Profit Sharing Lifetime Retirement Benefit Short & Long-Term Disability Industry Training & Development Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Apply Today!
