In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate processing of trailer titles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams. Duties:

• Prepare and process trailer titles in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Handle title and registration processing for customer sales in Texas and Oklahoma.
• Maintain inventory files, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
• Manage title processing workflows from initial application through final issuance, maintaining detailed records at each step.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with title inquiries, explaining documentation requirements, and guiding them through the process.
• Track and manage license plate inventory counts.
• Assign and document license plates accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized files of all processed titles, supporting documents, and correspondence.
• Stay updated on changes in title laws, regulations, and best practices within the titling and licensing industry to ensure compliance.
• Support dealership administrative processes as needed and assist with recording Trailer Deals in organizations DMS system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in title processing within a Trailer, Truck, Recreational Vehicle, or Automotive dealership, DMV work, or office administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, professional, and team oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
