The Westmoreland School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Title I Paraprofessional to join our educational team for grades K-5. In this role, you will work under the guidance of classroom teachers and the Title I team to provide essential academic support to students in literacy and mathematics. You will play a vital role in helping students bridge learning gaps and achieve their full potential in a supportive, small-school environment. 6 hours per day, 4 days per week. •Primary Goal:
To assist in the instruction and progress of students across diverse educational environments. •Balance:
Following the school year calendar (summers, vacations and holidays off). Requirements •Educational Background:
Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred. •Child-Centered Experience:
Previous experience working with children is strongly preferred. •Certification Path:
