Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role within the automotive industry is strongly preferred. Familiarity with state titling laws and regulations. Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Responsibilities Process all vehicle title and registration applications accurately and efficiently. Communicate with state motor vehicle agencies to resolve issues and ensure compliance. Verify that all incoming titles are accurate and complete before processing. Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for title transfers, including payoffs, liens, and registrations. Maintain accurate records of all title work and related documentation. Liaise with the sales department to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
