• 22/hour Depending on Qualifications Sign-On Bonus Available Adventures with Rita is seeking a passionate, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team.

We are looking for educators who understand the importance of early childhood development, relationship-building, classroom structure, and positive guidance. Our ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced classroom environment while creating meaningful learning experiences for young children. About Us Adventures with Rita is a Silver Circle of Quality early learning program serving children and families in the Granite City community. Our center utilizes Conscious Discipline practices and focuses on creating safe, engaging, and relationship-centered classrooms for children and staff alike. Responsibilities Create a safe, loving, and structured toddler classroom environment Implement daily activities and learning experiences Support social-emotional development using positive guidance techniques Maintain active supervision and classroom safety at all times Build positive relationships with families and coworkers Follow DCFS licensing standards and center procedures Assist with diapering, meals, transitions, and classroom routines Qualifications Experience working with toddlers preferred ECE coursework or child development background preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and professionalism required Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day What We Offer Competitive pay based on education and experience Sign-on bonus opportunities Paid professional development and training Supportive leadership team Opportunities for advancement Positive and team-focused work environment Pay $18.50
