Tooling Administrator

Job Description The Tooling Administrator will work with a variety of system tools to provide status of Company and Customer owned tooling and maintaining the associated databases. In this role the employee will learn the company ERP system, create and maintain tooling records, support Manufacturing in tooling location and publish tooling reports required to maintain internal recall of equipment for required calibration or customer status.

What You Will Do:

Maintain tooling and equipment files in SAP. Monitor and publish tooling reports/Metrics. Audit tooling inventory in SAP. Perform customer owned equipment audits and create inventory lists. Assist in location and recall of tooling requiring calibration.

What You Will Learn:

TDR process. How to set up calibration files. How to locate tooling in storage and active in manufacturing areas. How to run SAP reports on tooling status. Your Responsibilities Maintain tooling and equipment files in SAP. Monitor and publish tooling reports/Metrics. Audit tooling inventory in SAP. What We Are Looking For Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Knowledge of SAP and excel.
