Main Activities and Responsibilities We are seeking Tournament Operations Talent to support venue readiness, match-day operations, and live event delivery across stadiums and event sites in each Host City. This role plays a key part in executing a world-class global sporting event in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Assignments will be based on operational needs and individual experience. Key Responsibilities Support venue setup, readiness, and daily operations Assist with match-day and event-day execution Coordinate staff, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams Manage workflows within assigned zones or functions Support crowd flow, access control, and entry operations Ensure facilities and infrastructure meet operational standards Deliver high-quality guest and fan experiences Address operational issues and escalate as needed Maintain compliance with safety, security, and event protocols Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth event delivery Functional Areas Access, Accreditation & Ticketing Access Management Accreditation Ticketing Broadcast, Media & Content Broadcast Operations & Services Communications Content Services Language Services Media Operations & Services Commercial & Partnerships Licensing & Retail Partnership Rights Delivery Venue Business Strategy Fan, Hospitality & Guest Operations Accommodation Fan Operations (including FIFA Fan Festival) Guest Operations Hospitality Catering Safety, Security & Government Government Engagement Safety & Security Team & Competition Services Competition Management Team Services Transportation & Movement Arrivals & Departures Event Transport Venue Transport & Mobility Fleet Management Client Services Venue & Event Operations Ceremonies Dressing & Signage Stadium Entertainment Venue Management Workforce & Volunteer Operations Volunteer Management Workforce Management Offsite Assignments Some roles may support off-site operations, including: Airports, hotels, and team base camps Fan zones and public viewing events Accreditation and uniform distribution centers Media and broadcast centers (IBC/MPC) Transport hubs, fleet operations, and warehouses Workforce and volunteer centers VIP and hospitality locations Host city coordination and stakeholder operations Your Profile Qualifications Previous experience in event operations, logistics, hospitality, or a related field preferred Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event days Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods Work Conditions Based in Miami, with work across multiple venues and sites Tournament-time role with variable hours based on event schedules May require early mornings, late nights, and extended shifts Equal Opportunities FIFA26 is a proud equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and prohibits discrimination of any kind on the basis race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
