Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on "jack-of-all-trades" to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. From building and carpentry to food prep to customer service to light maintenance, you'll be a key player in keeping our operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Our immediate need is for carpentry/trailer building skills. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting (equipment, generator, etc.) Read simple diagrams Fabricate simple components Comfortable with tools Able to follow directions Willing to learn Good with physical labor Basic welding exposure Basic electrical or plumbing familiarity (Run wiring or plumbing with guidance) Experience in construction, automotive, or marine Ability to work independently on simple tasks Work efficiently without constant supervision

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude, Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing for long periods), Valid driver's license (preferred; CDL a plus but not required), Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn, Team player with good communication skills
