Job Description
Motor City Dawgs, LLC are a growing food truck company that thrives on great food, great service, and great people. Every day is different, and we pride ourselves on being adaptable, creative, and team oriented.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time and part-time, reliable, energetic food truck worker to join our team beginning at the end of April. We are willing to train. In this role, you will help prepare and serve food, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations of the food truck. This position requires a positive attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to food quality and cleanliness.Areas of service:
Macomb, St. Clair, Oakland countiesKey Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide friendly, efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed Set up and break down the food truck before and after service Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionallyQualifications:
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and eventsPreferred Skills:
Experience working in a kitchen or food truck environment Knowledge of basic food preparation techniquesWork Environment:
Outdoor and mobile work setting Exposure to varying weather conditions Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphereCompensation & Benefits:
