Job Description

About Us RODOC Leasing Sales-Service is a trusted trailer dealership serving customers across three locations. We take pride in delivering quality trailers and exceptional service to our customers. We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented team member to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate and consistent trailer inventory data across all three of our store locations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and takes pride in data accuracy. This is an in-office position working closely with our sales and management teams, with occasional time spent on the lot to build product knowledge. This is not a remote or work-from-home position. Key Responsibilities Trailer Receiving
  • Process and receive all incoming trailers into our CRM system in a timely and accurate manner. Invoice Entry
  • Enter trailer invoices and freight invoices into the system, ensuring all data is complete and correct. Inventory Consistency
  • Maintain uniform trailer descriptions across all three store locations to ensure a professional and consistent customer-facing experience. Pricing Accuracy
  • Monitor and update trailer pricing to ensure consistency across all three locations, coordinating with management on any pricing changes. Record Keeping
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records to support the sales team. Cross-Location Coordination
  • Communicate with staff at all three locations to resolve discrepancies in inventory data. Product Familiarization
  • Spend time on the lot inspecting and reviewing newly arrived trailers to develop a strong working knowledge of our product lineup, supporting more accurate descriptions and better collaboration with the sales team. General Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred Prior experience in a dealership, inventory management, or administrative support role is a plus Proficiency with CRM software and/or dealer management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors on the lot as needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position with a stable, growing company Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the organization
