We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trailer Service Technician to join our team and support the service and warranty needs of our customers.
Job Summary:
The Service Tech will be responsible for performing a variety of service and maintenance tasks, ensuring trailers and related equipment are in safe, working condition, and supporting overall shop operations as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage and complete all trailer repair needs Communicate with customers upon intake and completion of repairs, as well as keeping them informed of repair status Put axles and doors on all new inventory Keep shop and yard clean, including maintaining proper safety standards Complete warranty work including but not limited to; welding, wiring, brake repair, and ensuring DOT compliance. Complete monthly inventory and assist with floorplan audits
Requirements:
Demonstrates strong mechanical proficiency in trailer repair 2-5 years welding experience required Safety-focused and team-oriented
Physical:
Lift up to 80 lbs. Work outdoors for extended periods
