As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Bilingual Health Coach Trainer to join our leadership team. This role is more than training—it's about shaping the next generation of Health Coaches, strengthening patient care, and ensuring our standards of excellence remain strong. Position Overview We're seeking an energetic, supportive, and knowledgeable Bilingual Health Coach Trainer who thrives on teaching, mentoring, and developing others. In this role, you will train new and existing Health Coaches on workflows, patient communication, documentation, compliance standards, and operational expectations to ensure high-quality patient care and successful outcomes. You'll play a critical role in onboarding, continuous education, performance improvement, and reinforcing best practices that support both patients and organizational goals. Your Responsibilities Train and onboard new Health Coaches on workflows, systems, policies, and patient care expectations Educate staff on documentation standards, charting accuracy, and creating complete patient narratives Teach missed-reading procedures, compliance workflows, retention processes, and escalation protocols Coach employees on effective patient communication, motivational interviewing, and engagement strategies Provide guidance on scheduling, visit submissions, wellness visits, accelerated visits, and related processes Conduct audits, identify training gaps, and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement Monitor employee progress during training periods and support competency development Reinforce Medicaid requirements, company policies, and quality assurance expectations Develop and update training materials, resources, and process guides as workflows evolve Collaborate with leadership to support employee growth, retraining initiatives, and operational improvements Foster a positive learning environment that promotes confidence, accountability, and excellence in patient care What You Bring Proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual required) Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient engagement, and coaching techniques Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading employees preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to provide feedback in a supportive yet accountable manner Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements Ability to adapt training styles to meet varying learning needs Passion for developing others and improving patient outcomes Experience in healthcare, wellness, RPM, home health, or related settings preferred Why Join Us?
