Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service aspects, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and care. This role is essential in providing support in various settings, including retail and medical environments, where attention to detail and effective communication are key. Duties Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment. Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care and medical office operations. Apply aseptic techniques when necessary, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Demonstrate knowledge of physiology and medical terminology to assist in patient interactions effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care, addressing any concerns or needs that arise during visits. Operate relevant systems for scheduling, inventory management, and patient tracking. Experience Previous experience in a retail environment or medical office is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail sales processes and customer service best practices. Understanding of basic medical terminology and physiology is advantageous. Experience with patient care practices will be considered a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual is preferred, not required.
