Duration:

7 Months We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist with strong curriculum development and asynchronous learning experience to support Administration & Finance d Services operations. ????

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs
• Create instructional videos, job aids, presentations, and asynchronous learning materials
• Facilitate training on financial systems, procurement tools, travel & expense systems, and budgeting platforms
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop specialized training content
• Support change management and technology/process deployments
• Ensure all learning materials comply with Title II Accessibility Requirements
• Measure and track training effectiveness ?

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ? 3-5 years of experience in training, education, curriculum development, communications, or related fields ? Strong facilitation and communication skills ? Experience developing asynchronous learning and video-based training ? Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools ? Experience with Camtasia, Articulate360, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite ? Strong understanding of Title II Accessibility Requirements ????

Preferred Skills:
