We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
 The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely transportation of vehicles for our clients. This position requires a strong ability to coordinate various moving parts, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a problem-solving mindset, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Vehicle Transport:
 Organize and schedule the pickup and delivery of vehicles based on client needs, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Driver Coordination:
 Work closely with drivers to ensure they are prepared, informed, and equipped for their trips. Provide route information, address concerns, and ensure drivers are compliant with company policies.
Schedule Management:
 Develop and manage a detailed schedule for vehicle pickups, deliveries, and driver routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Customer Communication:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding transportation status, scheduling updates, and any issues that arise.
Documentation & Compliance:
 Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, including vehicle inspection forms, trip logs, and delivery confirmations. Ensure that drivers comply with all safety regulations and transport requirements.
Problem Resolution:
 Handle unexpected issues such as delays, accidents, or logistical challenges, and provide solutions in a timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Tracking and Reporting:
 Monitor and track vehicles in transit, ensuring accurate records and reporting on transportation progress to management and clients.
Inventory Management:
 Oversee the inventory of vehicles and ensure that transportation resources are efficiently allocated.
Qualifications:
Experience:
 Minimum of 2 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Experience in the drive-away transportation industry is a plus.
Skills:
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Knowledge:
 Familiarity with vehicle transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
Technology Proficiency:
 Comfortable using logistics software, route planning tools, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Attention to
Detail:
 High level of attention to detail in managing schedules, records, and vehicle statuses.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Vision requirements for this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
