Aluminum Sign Fabricator

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Aluminum Sign Fabricator and become a vital part of creating high-quality, durable signage that makes an impact! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming raw sheet metal into expertly crafted aluminum signs using advanced fabrication techniques. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands-on skills will drive the production process from start to finish, ensuring each sign meets precise specifications and industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about manufacturing, craftsmanship, and working with metal materials in a fast-paced environment. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate aluminum signs. Operate various power tools, including plasma cutters, press brake machines, and hand tools, to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components. Use welding techniques such as MIG welding to join metal parts securely. Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure accuracy in fabrication. Fabricate signage frames and other components by applying mechanical knowledge and fabrication skills in accordance with project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Requirements Proven construction site experience or hands-on fabrication background involving sheet metal work. Experience operating press brake machines, plasma cutters, and power tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced manufacturing or construction environments.

WELDING EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO CANDIDATES WILLING TO LEARN. INDIVIDUALS WITH A BACKGROUND IN CONRTUCTION ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
