Our scheduled routes include Anchorage to Valdez and Glennallen, while our charter operations take us wherever our passengers need to go. We are seeking out the right person to join our team as an Anchorage-based Station Agent. As a Station Agent, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Passenger check-in, cargo handling, baggage handling, reservations and ticketing, boarding & deboarding assistance, aircraft ground operations, flight following and coordination, de-icing procedures, customer service, aircraft interior maintenance, and following safety & compliance procedures.
Qualifications Required :
Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass a Criminal Background Test for Airport Badging. Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Proficiency with standard computer software (email, messenger applications, etc.). Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred :
Prior experience in customer service, particularly in an airline or aviation setting. Familiarity with airline operations (flight scheduling, cargo handling, ground support). Proficiency in TakeFlite or similar airline reservation systems.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Agents are expected to wear appropriate clothing for outdoor work and adhere to company policies.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
