Role Purpose The Cabin Cleaning Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cabin cleaning operations to ensure aircraft interiors are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared according to airline standards, safety regulations, and operational timelines. This role supervises cabin cleaning staff, monitors productivity and quality, and ensures compliance with company policies and airport procedures. What you will be doing Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft cabin cleaning operations Assign work duties and monitor employee performance to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met Ensure aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, seat areas, and crew compartments are cleaned and sanitized properly Conduct inspections of completed aircraft cleaning to ensure compliance with airline and company standards Train, coach, and mentor cabin cleaning employees on safety procedures, cleaning standards, and operational expectations Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed Ensure employees follow all safety procedures, security regulations, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Respond to operational changes, flight delays, and quick-turn aircraft requirements efficiently Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and report maintenance issues promptly Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and performance matters professionally Coordinate with airline representatives, airport operations teams, and management to support operational goals Complete operational reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and timely Perform other duties as requested
