Airport/Aviation experience preferred Pay Rate $33.65 hourly Shift and schedule: Weekends as needed, holidays, and full availability as schedule may change based on operational need. Purpose The Prosegur on duty supervisor's purpose is to provide staff with detailed knowledge and understanding of all Prosegur Employee's responsibilities within the LAX branch. Supervisors are always expected to present a professional, business-like image to customers, prospects and the public. Managers are expected to dress in a manner that is normally acceptable in similar business establishments. As a supervisor in terminal operation you will interact with all levels and departments within the company, as well as external organizations. Summary of Duties; Assist in daily schedule operations and collaborate with terminal management on weekly schedules to meet client demand and ensure adequate staffing Facilitate the organization of daily terminal or designated area operations and oversees the management of assigned personnel. Collaborating with co-supervisors, managers or customers to resolve issues, or requests for services. Receiving urgent and non-urgent calls, monitoring logs, keeping records, addressing issues, and dispatching appropriate team members. Conduct and monitor on-the job training and development Document employee performance and determine corrective action. Monitors sign-in and sign-out of employee timesheets to assure accuracy of employee's hours. Prioritizes work assignments with time management to maintain efficiency and ensure all posts are covered in accordance with operational needs. Provides direction for employees through appropriate communication both oral and written. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change at any time to meet client expectations. Essential functions; Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods/environment. Must be able to have strong leadership skills and be able to delegate assignments/tasks to dispatchers/supervisors/employees and must be able to multitask efficiently. Oversees the scheduling requirements/attendance monitor for employees/agents under their supervision. Covers assignments to assure that positions are covered, and the client is being serviced in accordance with their contract/needs. Able to handle real-time adjustments to assignments as flight schedules and passenger/clients needs change. Assesses equipment and assigns the necessary equipment for agent assignments and reports findings for repair or replacement to General Manager. Must possess a complete understanding of terminal operations with the ability to act as a lead person. Monitors sign-in and sign-out of employee timesheets to assure accuracy of employee's hours. Observes and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to their General Manager and proper authorities. Follow all Prosegur, TSA, and

Physical Requirements:
This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift.
Officers must be able to:
Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1-2 miles per shift) Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds These physical requirements are essential to performing the job successfully.
