Job Requirements:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience. Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, baggage handling, or hospitality preferred. Leadership and conflict resolution skills. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and operational software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. . Standing, sitting, walking, repetitive movement, lifting heavy items (up to 70 pounds).
Job description:
The ALT Supervisor oversees the daily operation of airport luggage transfer services, ensuring all luggage is processed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Essential Duties and responsibilities. Supervise, coach, and develop Airport Transfer Luggage Agents. Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance. Assist with onboarding and training new employees. Ensure all luggage is processed accurately and on time. Monitor luggage flow and staffing throughout the shift. Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and resort teams. Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize delays. Investigate and document missing or damaged luggage. Ensure all scans and documentation are completed accurately. Maintain operational reports and shift logs. Enforce company safety standards. Ensure company equipment, including scanners, tablets, keys, luggage carts, and other operational tools are handled properly, maintained in good condition, and returned at the end of each shift. Monitor equipment accountability and report lost, damaged, or missing equipment to management promptly.

Ensure compliance with all TSA regulatory requirements and airline security policies and procedures. Conduct routine safety observations. Report incidents and complete required documentation. Ensure employees utilize proper lifting techniques.

Job Salary:
$16.00 per hour
Job Scehedule:
