Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Airport Operations Supervisor to oversee and perform key airfield maintenance tasks, including radio communication checks, fuel sample testing, and recording. In this role, you will supervise a dedicated team of airport staff, ensuring that all maintenance and safety operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. You'll also provide leadership, guidance, and training to your team to enhance their performance and ensure smooth, safe airport operations. This position offers the chance to contribute to the daily functions of a fast-paced aviation environment while prioritizing operational excellence and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate staff and inmate activities, ensuring effective work schedules and coverage. Oversee fuel quality testing, airfield maintenance, and general ground operations. Provide customer service, including aircraft refueling, ramp coordination, and assisting with traveler needs. Train staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and airfield management. Maintain radio communications and provide advisories. Assist with budgeting, monitor expenditures, and ensure safety compliance. Prepare reports and address operational issues as they arise.
