Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Airport Manager to assist with the daily operations, maintenance, and management of the airport. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including: Operating trucks, tractors, and other equipment to maintain the airfield and streetside facilities. Overseeing and performing maintenance of airport equipment, buildings, and infrastructure systems. Providing customer service and assistance to pilots, passengers, flight departments, and coordinating agencies. Performing aircraft fueling and aircraft handling duties. Assisting with the overall safe, efficient, and professional operation of the airport.
Schedule:
Must be flexible and available to work after-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. 20 hours/week $18.00/hr
Qualifications:
Certification in aviation fuel handling and airport management licensing is preferred. However, these certifications are not required at the time of hire. Training and certification classes will be provided by the airport as needed. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working with the public, operating equipment, and handling a variety of airport operations and maintenance responsibilities.
