In this leadership position, you will oversee employees during your assigned shift, maintain productivity and safety standards, coach team members, and help ensure our rental car partner receives dependable, high-quality service. If you have previous supervisory experience, enjoy leading a team, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Supervise and monitor employees scheduled during your shift Keep team members productive, engaged, and on task Ensure employees follow company policies and workplace safety procedures Monitor productivity goals and ensure performance standards are met Complete required productivity reports and operational paperwork Train, coach, and mentor new employees Assist management with daily operational needs and provide coverage when needed Support Drivers/Transporters, Leads, and Vehicle Service Associates (car cleaners) as necessary Help ensure staffing and customer needs are met throughout the shift Maintain a professional and positive work environment
