What You'll Do As a Ground Operations Agent, your responsibilities will include: Loading and unloading passenger baggage and cargo safely and efficiently Marshaling and servicing aircraft on the ramp Operating ground service equipment in accordance with company procedures Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintaining situational awareness around aircraft, vehicles, equipment, and passengers Following all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines Working as part of a team to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time departures and arrivals What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Safety-focused and dependable Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Committed to delivering safe, reliable operations with a positive attitude Minimum Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 18 years of age Possess a high school diploma or GED Have a valid driver's license Be authorized to work in the United States Successfully pass a post-offer background investigation, including fingerprinting and criminal history review Successfully pass a post-offer drug screening Be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds Possess basic computer skills Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills Be available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, split shifts, delays, and holidays Why Join CRJ Aviation?
