Looking for an opportunity to get your start in the aviation industry ? CRJ Aviation LLC is hiring Ground Operations Agents (GOA) at Asheville Regional Airport to support Allegiant flight operations. As a GOA, you'll work directly on the airport ramp, helping prepare aircraft for safe and on-time departures while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced aviation environment. What You'll Do As a Ground Operations Agent, you'll be part of the team responsible for safely preparing aircraft for arrivals and departures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Load and unload passenger baggage and cargo safely and efficiently Marshal aircraft into and out of assigned parking positions Assist with aircraft arrivals, departures, and turnarounds Operate ground service equipment in accordance with company procedures Work around aircraft, vehicles, passengers, and ground equipment Maintain situational awareness and follow established ramp safety procedures Work closely with your team to help keep flights operating safely, efficiently, and on schedule Perform physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions Who Does Well in This Role?
