Respond with Compassionate Action We are seeking an On-Call Loadmaster to join our Mission Aviation Services team in Greensboro, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the role of On-Call Loadmaster, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ. Support the Loadmaster team during aircraft missions by building pallets and safely loading, securing, and unloading normal and special cargo. Deploy with aircraft missions as needed to support the safe and efficient offloading of cargo at destination locations. Operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and warehouse equipment required to support Airlift Response Center and mission operations. Assist with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving parts, supplies, and equipment, as well as conducting inventory counts and maintaining an organized work environment. Maintain required training and currency for the safe transportation and handling of Dangerous Goods by airlift. Other duties as assigned. What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience: Five (5) or more years of related aircraft cargo experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with aviation ramp operations, including aircraft cargo loading, applicable Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and the transportation of Dangerous Goods by airlift required; ramp agent experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, web browsers, and other applicable software systems. Strong commitment to safety and service, with the ability to maintain professionalism and communicate confidently and effectively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing plans, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work independently. Ability to exercise sound judgment, think critically, and make appropriate decisions in a dynamic operational environment. What are the benefits?
