Unarmed Airport Security Officer - Roswell, NM KR is accepting applications for experienced Unarmed Airport Security Officers to provide unarmed patrol security services in Roswell, New Mexico. Duties/Responsibility Unarmed Security Officers shall perform all tasks in accordance with the duties outlined within the Post Orders and the Performance Work Statement. Duties include but are not limited to: Maintain order and security, and remain professional, courteous, and respectful Arrive on time, completely outfitted, and ready for duty Adhere to customer policy and maintain confidential data Assist in inspection of interior and exterior of building Complete building inspection report Assist customer at entrance scanner Patrol halls throughout buildings Monitor for suspicious items or activities Respond to calls for assistance, as needed Provide breaks/relief to security staff Monitor parking lot and employee entrance/exit. Complete daily logbook entry Ensure the safekeeping of all keys, access cards, fobs, and codes. Qualifications Shall fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English. Must be able to pass an English Language Assessment Test. Must posess a high school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid State issued Drivers License for some positions. Be in good physical condition and be in good general health Be at least 21 years of age, and legally eligible to work in the United States of America Meet the basic requirement for an unarmed security guard according to New Mexico law Meet all qualifications for Level 1 unarmed security guard Meet security requirements of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Have a cleared background check Must possess training certification in first aid and CPR Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent certificate (Required) License New Mexico Level 1 Unarmed Security Officer License (Required) KR Contracting, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
