- Assisting passengers who need wheelchair or mobility assistance.
- Greeting passengers and helping them navigate the airport.
- Pushing passengers safely between check-in, security, gates, baggage claim, and other airport areas.
- Helping passengers with carry-on bags or personal belongings when appropriate.
- Coordinating with airline, airport, and wheelchair-service staff regarding passenger requests.
- Providing courteous, respectful service to elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities.
- Following airport safety, security, and accessibility procedures.
- Keeping wheelchairs and equipment organized and reporting equipment or passenger-service issues.
- Communicating clearly with passengers and coworkers, especially when flights or passenger requests change.
