Tasks Success in this role comes from mastering the balance between challenge and support. You'll champion operational excellence by holding yourself and others to high standards, while serving as a trusted advisor and partner to the teams you support. What You'll Do Drive operational performance and continuous improvement Partner with local teams and ground handling agents to enhance safety, security, service quality, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency Monitor operational performance indicators. Identify opportunities for improvement Lead performance reviews, operational assessments, audits Analyze trends, root causes, and operational risks. Develop sustainable corrective actions Act as local focal point for operational projects, process improvements & strategic initiatives Collaborate closely with colleagues at headquarters & across the global network to implement best practices and operational standards Manage supplier performance & foster strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders Takeover of additional tasks when required Behind the scenes Why You'll Love This Role No two days are the same. Requirements What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, transportation, or comparable operational environment Proven track record of driving operational improvements and solving complex problems Experience working with suppliers/providers/operational partners Key skills Ability to influence & lead Confidence to challenge constructively, drive accountability & hold yourself/others to high standards Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills Stakeholder influencing & conflict resolution skills Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making capabilities Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities & adapt to changing business needs Strong project/change management skills Curiosity, resilience, adaptability & eager to learn Customer-focused mindset.
