Perform background checks on passengers as required, verifying identification documents to confirm identities. Utilize emotional regulation techniques to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally, especially during conflict or de-escalation scenarios. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of luggage or security equipment while maintaining safety protocols. Enforce security measures by performing in-person customer service interactions with travelers, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Respond promptly to security incidents or irregularities by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders, ensuring swift resolution. Maintain detailed records of screening activities, incident reports, and compliance checks following all SOPs. Experience Prior experience in aviation or airport security is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Strong proficiency in English for clear communication with passengers and team members. Knowledge of airport security protocols, transportation screening procedures, and policy interpretation is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical information such as X-ray images accurately.
