This is a temporary, full-time opportunity lasting approximately 3 to 4 weeks, with immediate openings available for all three shifts. Employees will work 8-hour shifts and play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and secure handling of vehicle keys while providing exceptional customer service during a high-volume operational period. As a Seasonal Keybox Attendant, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, securing, and distributing vehicle keys in accordance with established procedures. You will maintain accurate key inventory, communicate effectively with valet staff, and assist with ensuring vehicles are processed quickly and accurately. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment. Candidates must be customer service oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal applicant is dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude while working with both customers and team members. Previous experience in customer service, parking operations, hospitality, or airport operations is preferred but not required. Due to the operational needs of Nashville International Airport, applicants must be available to work all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the entire 3 to 4-week assignment.
