Job Summary
Ready to take your aviation career to new heights? As an Operations Agent, you will be at the heart of our airport operations, coordinating critical activities across load control, cargo, ramp, and ground handling while working in a dynamic and international environment.

Tasks
Within the operational targets set by the superior, the Operations Agent performs the following duties:
Calculation and Planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM
Cargo onload optimization in regard to aircraft volume and weight
Prepares flight relevant documents such as general declarations, permits for local customs authorities, etc.
Produces arrival and departure notifications
Dispatch of operational messages as well as other post flight activities
Ensures that security and safety procedures are adhered to in accordance with set procedures
Performs crew support such as briefings, crew catering and hotel bookings
Supports monitoring and controlling subcontractors (including handling company), requesting corrective action when necessary to ensure required performance levels
• All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements below:
High School Diploma/ GED required
3-6 years of experience in related positions desirable
Experience in airfreight handling and operations preferred
Fluency in English required
Knowledge of local customs regulations desirable
Clean driving license
Must be willing to work shifts
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
