Security Agent position available at Master Lightning Security Solutions to work at the San Antonio International Airport (SAT). Please note that we can only consider those applicants who have a clean background check. Spanish is highly Preferred since it is a Spanish-speaking airline.

20 to 36 hours weekly

Morning and Night available Must work weekends and holidays

Salary:

Starting at $18.00 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY

performs conventional and unconventional security officer duties under the direction of the site supervisor. Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable airport and local laws, regulations, policies and procedures. May have to work outdoors sometimes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to acquire and maintain the required airport badge.
• Must have and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license if required. Background Prerequisites Must undergo a 10 year history for Airport standards for background and reference checks. Education/Experience
• Minimum of (1) years of responsible experience in the security industry.
• Must have clean background in order to obtain airport badge.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
• Ability to be an effective team member.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to provide high quality customer service.
• Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs
• Be in good physical condition, able to work and move in fast pace environment
