) - A Senior Records Representative, who will be is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple records reps and projects, alongside the review, organization, maintenance, and quality assurance of aircraft technical records supporting the Company's global aviation leasing, trading, and asset management activities. This role plays an integral part in ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of aircraft records throughout the asset lifecycle. Second (

Key responsibilities amongst others will include: A must for both roles will be a strong understanding of back-to-birth trace requirements and Life-Limited Part documentation. Lead review and validate aircraft technical records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing documentation by coordinating with airlines, MROs, OEMs, lessors, and other industry stakeholders. Maintain organized electronic and physical aircraft records in accordance with company standards. Exposure to aircraft leasing transitions, deliveries and redeliveries from a records perspective. The People The ideal candidates for these positions should meet the following requirements: 7-10 years of relevant aircraft technical records experience within an aircraft leasing company, commercial airline, MRO, OEM, aircraft trading company or similar aviation organisation for the senior role and 3-5 years for the second role. Detailed knowledge of all aspects of aircraft and engine technical records. Familiarity with FAA, EASA and other relevant international aviation regulatory requirements. Ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The Company Our client is a full-service commercial aircraft trading and leasing company primarily focused on early to midlife aviation assets that are both serviceable and part-out candidates. They provide a variety of fleet solutions to their global airline customers and select secondary trading partners focused solely on the most in-demand Boeing and Airbus aircraft and their respective powerplants.

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
