We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, organized, hands-on, and comfortable working directly with technicians, management, customers, vendors, and FAA representatives in a fast-paced business aviation environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Repair Station's inspection and quality control functions. Ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, applicable portions of Parts 43 and 91, FAA-approved/accepted manuals, Operations Specifications, and company procedures. Thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance records, technical data, Airworthiness Directives, maintenance manuals, and return-to-service requirements. Experience working directly with FAA representatives and participating in FAA audits or surveillance preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify compliance issues and communicate corrective actions clearly and professionally. Strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable working in a hands-on maintenance environment and collaborating across departments. Business aviation experience strongly preferred. Experience with platforms such as Challenger, Global, Falcon, Citation, King Air, and other business/general aviation aircraft is a plus. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the Repair Station's quality and compliance standards, understands the operational realities of aircraft maintenance, and can work collaboratively with the maintenance team while maintaining the independence and authority required of the inspection function. This individual should be confident making airworthiness and compliance decisions, identifying problems before they become findings, and helping maintain a strong working relationship with the FAA.
