Job Objective:
Determine Company aircraft airworthiness.
Job Duties:
Determine workmanship, materials, components, and appliance release for flight are airworthy and meet the standards established in Company and manufacturers' manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations Conduct inspections, checks, or tests on aircraft or its components Be familiar with and accomplish Required Inspection items for which he/she is authorized in accordance with Corporate Air policies and procedures. The inspection, checks, or testing of incoming component and materials for workmanship, condition, and conformity to standards, as directed To ensure the proper execution of Maintenance Release Requirement prior to flight after completion of all work and associate paperwork and after verifying that no known condition exists that would render the aircraft un-airworthy Submission of recommendations to overcome recurrent mechanical deficiencies found during aircraft inspection Submission of recommendations for the elimination of unnecessary maintenance procedures as proven by practical experience May function as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance supervisor as needed but may not act as RII Inspector on any work he/she has accomplished Occasional Travel is required Other duties as assigned and/or as outlined in the GMM Corporate Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer Requirements A&P License Required Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
