Job Description

Applicants must have the following: To transport students in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Qualifications:
possess and maintain a valid Alabama bus driver license (ABL) and commercial driver's license (CDL) with P/S endorsement. Maintain a current Alabama School Bus Physical or ALDOT Health Card as required by state law or the Alabama State Department of Education. Posses and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record including the ability to remain insurable under school system insurance requirements. Area of certification, experience, qualifications will be determining factors in the selection and a valid background review conducted by the ABI and FBI pursuant to the Alabama Child Protection Act of 1999 and ACT No. 2002-457, be fingerprinted and pay a $48.15 fee. This is required by law meeting the suitability criteria for employment.
