Full Job Description Mini-Bus Driver Target Start Date:
September 8, 2026 Randolph School is seeking a mini-bus driver for our expanded shuttle service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience driving commercial vehicles, particularly with children as passengers. Shuttle operation hours will typically be 7-8 AM and 3:15-4:15 PM, with occasional opportunities for additional driving.   • will safely transport children to and from school
  • is responsible, punctual, and friendly
  • is flexible and friendly, and develops quick rapport
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate the school bus on designated routes, adhering strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations
  • Enforcing passenger safety rules
  • Conducting comprehensive pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Adhere to strict morning and afternoon time schedules for pickups and drop-offs
Qualifications:
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to pass mandatory annual drug screening and motor vehicle report
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Valid and current auto insurance
  • Must be 26 years of age or older
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a calm demeanor when interacting with students, parents, and school staff
