Job Description

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
Must be at least 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, when required by law. Current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner's Certificate, if applicable. Clean driving record and ability to pass all required background screenings and drug testing. Previous experience transporting children or operating commercial vehicles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment during emergencies. Dependable, punctual, organized, and committed to safety. Ability to work independently while maintaining ongoing communication with the Operations Director.
