Job Description Summary Exalt Academy is seeking a dependable and safety-focused School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and school-sponsored events. Qualified Candidates Must:

Demonstrate a commitment to student safety and well-being Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and school transportation policies Maintain a clean and well-functioning school bus Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff Exhibit punctuality, reliability, and a calm demeanor in all situations

Duties Include:

Transport students to and from school on designated routes Provide transportation for field trips and school events as needed Maintain order and safety while students are on the bus Report safety issues or student behavior concerns to school leadership Keep accurate logs and reports as required by school and state guidelines

Education & Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Arkansas Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsements required Clean driving record and background check required

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate and inspect a full-size school bus Knowledge of vehicle safety procedures and emergency protocols Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
