As an Operator on our team, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the motorcoach bus while adhering to a schedule and ensuring your passengers' well-being. The ideal candidate must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A or B) with passenger endorsement and previous two years' experience. If you are safety conscious and have a safe driving record, and enjoy working around people, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner. Engage with passengers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
CDL Class A or B with passenger and Air Brake endorsements. Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations. Ability to pass drug test. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Ability to follow GPS directions. SPAB or School Bus Certification is a Plus or willingness to obtain. Prefer to have experience with dual-axel motor coaches.
